CS350 | DATA ENGINEERING | 2026 | 1 | Electrical Engineering and Computer Science | 3.0 (BS=0.0, ET=3.0, MA=0.0)
SCOPE | |||||||||
Cadets engineer a data-processing pipeline in a high-level programming language, which includes the acquisition of data from various sources and the cleaning, transformation, and storage of that data via flat files and other various storage systems. Cadets explore the data and visualize it to gain understanding and insights to ultimately make predictions, solve problems, and aid in decision-making. **This is a provisionally approved course for the Artificial Intelligence and Data Engineering Core Engineering Sequence. CS350 must undergo review by the Curriculum Committee NLT AY26-1 to continue.**
