SCOPE
This course teaches cadets the strategic importance of good supply chain design, planning, operation, business processes, and information management systems. Cadets will become familiar with engineering a supply chain network, conducting inventory management, and executing risk pooling to maintain a competitive advantage. This course will focus on understanding the key drivers of a supply chain such as supply contracts, procurement and outsourcing, information sharing, supply chain integration, and distribution practices.
