This optional elective offers the cadet an opportunity for in-depth study of an advanced topic in Philosophy under the mentorship of a senior faculty advisor. The scope and topic of the course are developed in consultation with the faculty advisor and appropriately build upon academic work already completed in the regular Philosophy electives. Since such a course is beyond normal teaching duties, an agreement to serve as a faculty advisor will be at the discretion of the faculty member.
