| This course permits cadets to participate in a capstone project that requires application of philosophical research and thought to a real-world problem. It is intended to develop the participants? philosophical research, writing and logical argumentation skills and have them gain collaborative communication skills as they work with industry partners. It is normally paired with PY494X, making it a year-long effort, but it can also stand alone depending on the scope of the project. If done together with PY494X, the two credits together will count towards the honor track of the Philosophy Major in lieu of PY490/91. *This is a pilot course that must be reviewed by the Curriculum Committee NLT AY26-2 to continue.** |
