Focusing on applied psychology, organizational psychology, leadership, and the intersection of military and society, the course addresses issues and challenges relevant to the Army and West Point. Cadets collaborate on real-world projects that require critical analysis and practical application of behavioral science principles, preparing them for leadership roles as Army officers.
