| PL 471 examines leadership in combat at the tactical level from an interdisciplinary perspective. It first seeks to provide a theoretical foundation for understanding human dimensions of combat, and then explores some of the factors that influence the leadership of soldiers in combat through a collection of readings, film, and first-hand discussions with combat veterans.
