SCOPE
The purpose of this course is to introduce cadets to the concepts and principles of personal fitness and to help them gain an understanding of the importance of personal fitness to their success as an Officer and Soldier. Cadets will participate in a series of personal assessments designed to establish a performance baseline. They will learn to apply the principles of physical fitness to develop a training program that will optimize physical performance. Cadets will develop a sense of self-responsibility and commit to the development and maintenance of their personal fitness.
