| This course provides an enhanced understanding of the roles and responsibilities of junior officers to expand beyond the basic warfighting mission taught in the military science curriculum. ML401X introduces cadets to the requirements of junior officers beyond tactical mission planning and challenges cadets to produce products required of them during their first assignments. Throughout the course, cadets demonstrate their knowledge through a series of lessons that introduce cadet to the systems and processes the Army uses in daily operations and how to understand and develop each of the products within the systems. Cadets who successfully complete ML401X are postured to excel in their first Army assignments. |
