The course focuses on processes and their inter-relationships with geologic structure, soils and climate. Processes emphasized include glaciers, streams, downslope motion caused by gravity, groundwater, coastlines, and eolian landscapes. Each student prepares a final report synthesizing these processes and how they relate to real-world applications. |
