| This optional elective offers the cadet an opportunity for in-depth study of an advanced topic in Literature, that involves a group of cadets traveling to a literarily and culturally significant location for 18-21 Days, as part of an AIAD. The scope and topic of the course are developed yearly in consultation with a senior faculty advisor. Generally, class will include a structured program of immersion that may include visits to sites of literary, military, or cultural significance; official orientations and lectures; meetings with local or national civilian and military leaders; and directed literature-driven activities. **This is a pilot course and must undergo review by the Curriculum Committee NLT AY28-2 to continue.** |
