| This course provides a solid background in cloud computing principles and applications. It includes understanding cloud computing fundamentals, cloud architecture considerations, cloud technology service selection, and cloud computing security controls. The course does not focus on vendor specific cloud solutions like Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure, but instead focuses on the tools and management of cloud computing systems that could be deployed on these vendor specific platforms. Cadets will examine various cloud services and recommend solutions to problems utilizing cloud services. They will also learn how to take existing distributed applications and configure and deploy them to cloud environments.
