This computer technology course provides a practical, hands-on, breadth-first approach to computer and information systems. It provides an introduction to topics such as computer hardware, networks, multimedia, graphics, world wide web usage, security/privacy, benchmarking, information systems, automated decision support systems, artificial intelligence, information retrieval, and ethical considerations concerning the use of technology.
